Incorporated under Act of 18 July 1872.
Under the Portpatrick and Wigtownshire Act of 6 August 1885 the undertaking was transferred to the London and North Western, Midland, Caledonian, and Glasgow and South Western Railways jointly as from 1 August 1885.
The Portpatrick and Wigtownshire Joint Committee was incorporated under Section 19 of the Portpatrick and Wigtownshire Railways (Sale and Transfer) Act of 6 August 1885. [See Portpatrick & Wigtownshire Joint Committee.] |
