Incorporated under Act of 29 June 1865.
The company was vested in the Highland Railway under Act of 28 July 1884 as from 1 September 1884.
The Highland Railway became part of the London Midland and Scottish Railway as from 1 January 1923 under the North Western, Midland and West Scottish Group Amalgamation Scheme 1922 dated 30 December 1922. |
