Incorporated under Act of 21 July 1856.
The company was amalgamated with the Scottish Central Railway under Act of 29 June 1865.
The Scottish Central Railway was amalgamated with the Caledonian Railway under Act of 5 July 1865.
The Caledonian Railway became part of the London Midland and Scottish Railway as from 1 July 1923 under the North Western, Midland and West Scottish Group Amalgamation Scheme 1923 dated 29 June 1923. |
