Incorporated under Act of 5 July 1865.
The company was amalgamated with the Highland Railway under Act of 2 August 1880.
The Highland Railway became part of the London Midland and Scottish Railway as from 1 January 1923 under the North Western, Midland and West Scottish Group Amalgamation Scheme 1922 dated 30 December 1922. |
