The Clyde Ardrishaig and Crinan Railway was incorporated by the Clyde Ardrishaig and Crinan Railway Act (50 & 51 Vic. c.173) of 8 August 1887 for the construction of 5 railways (with piers) between the Holy Loch, near Dunoon, and Lochgilphead, Ardrishaig and Crinan Loch, in the County of Argyll.
As no part of the capital of the company had been created, issued, or paid up, the company was dissolved and the construction of the railways and piers abandoned by the Clyde Ardrishaig and Crinan Railway (Abandonment) Act (55 Vic. c.12) of 20 May 1892. |
