|
This volume contains letters to and from Members of Parliament, and some others; most concern the corn laws and the currency. The correspondence with George Dempster (fols. 238-377) is very interesting, concerning agricultural improvements and problems. Again the letters are arranged by author, but not alphabetically, nor chronologically within each author group, with the exception of the correspondence with Dempster.
